Welcome to Zone 3 Riccione, where Alessandro and my sister Anna Maria have been managing the establishment since the summer of 1997. We are located in the southern part of Riccione in front of the International Riccione Camping Village (managed by the Club del Sole group) connected to us thanks to a convenient pedestrian underpass and a few meters from the numerous hotels and apartments in Misano.

 We take care of every detail carefully, we always keep our spaces clean and we aim to pamper every guest: these are our priorities.  In recent years, we have reorganized and modernised the beach, expanding our services, all free and available to our customers. We were the first in this area to think of a beach that could satisfy the needs of all our guests, adults and children, creating a fenced area equipped with modern games, a synthetic grass five-a-side football pitch, a multi-function field where you can play beach volleyball, beach soccer and beach tennis. We also have a gazebo, under which to eat or play cards or table football, pool; we also offer a baby changing room, a ping-pong table, hot showers, private cabins, storage for games and inflatables and much more.

We have a price agreement with the opposite Campsite (WITH SPECIAL DISCOUNTED PRICE LIST) and we collaborate with its entertainment team to provide activities every week. Every day, you will be able to enjoy muscle toning, water aerobics, mini club, games and tournaments on the beach.  Our well-spaced umbrellas and modern sunbeds with cushions await you....as always, when you go for lunch, we'll take care of turning the sunbeds around and letting you find them facing the sun in the afternoon!

But it doesn't end here! A beach with very fine sand, a sea with shallow waters and the absence of breakwaters, will allow you and your children to immerse yourself in the water in maximum safety and tranquility and enjoy the perfect vacation!
